Do seats expire?
No. Seats never expire. Use one whenever you onboard or re-certify a caregiver.
Can I refund unused seats?
Yes — within 60 days of purchase, contact support for a prorated refund on unused seats.
Can I add more admins to my agency?
Yes. Invite as many agency admin team members as you need at no extra cost.
